Holland Floor Covering has been family owned and operated on Newport Highway for over fifty years. We sell flooring and we install it ourselves, so the person who measures your rooms works for the same company as the person who lays the floor. That is most of what makes a job go smoothly.
Come by the showroom with a cabinet door, a paint chip, or a photo on your phone. We will pull samples you can take home and look at in your own light before you commit to anything. Estimates are free, and we work with homeowners, builders, landlords and business owners alike.
What we sell and install
Five kinds of flooring, plus the tile work that usually comes with them.
Hardwood
Solid and engineered hardwood in oak, hickory and maple from Shaw and Mohawk. Engineered holds up better over a crawlspace or a concrete slab; we will tell you which one your room actually calls for.
Luxury vinyl plank
Waterproof, quiet underfoot and hard to dent. This is what we put in kitchens, basements, laundry rooms and cabin rentals that turn over every week. Southwind and Revolution Mills are the lines we stock.
Tile
Ceramic and porcelain floors, plus tiled showers and kitchen backsplashes. Tile work is where a careful installer shows — ours set the pattern out before a single piece goes down.
Laminate
The look of wood at a friendlier number, and tough enough for a hallway with kids and dogs going through it all day. A good option when the budget has to stretch across several rooms.

Where we work
Our showroom is on Newport Highway in Sevierville, and we install throughout Sevier County — Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Seymour, Kodak, Boyds Creek, Pittman Center and the communities in between. Cabin and rental property owners make up a good share of our work, and we are used to scheduling around turnovers.
