Who we are
Holland Floor Covering is a family owned flooring store and installer at 2279 Newport Highway, Sevierville, Tennessee. This policy covers the information we collect through this website.
The short version: we collect what you send us on the estimate form so we can call you back about your flooring. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Information you give us
If you fill in our estimate form, we collect the name, phone number, email address and project details you enter. We use them to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and stay in touch about the work. If you call or email us instead, we keep what you tell us for the same reasons.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our host records standard technical information with each page request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- Cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you open the map on the contact section, Google may set cookies of its own; that only happens after you tap to load it.
- Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not share your address with an outside font or script provider.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, your scheduling, or your job.
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We share it only with the services that help us run the business:
- Our website host, which serves these pages and keeps the server logs described above.
- Our customer management system, which receives estimate-form submissions so our team can follow up and keeps a record of our conversation with you.
- Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we are doing business with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. No website or business can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise — but we take reasonable care with what you share.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.
Your choices
