Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want anyone to be able to use this site, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or a magnified display. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What is built in

These are things the site actually does, not intentions:

• Text and background colors were checked against the WCAG AA contrast minimums.
• Every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focused element is visibly outlined.
• A "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches.
• The page uses real landmarks — header, navigation, main, footer — and one clear heading order.
• Every image carries descriptive alternative text.
• Form fields have real labels tied to their inputs.
• The layout works from 320 pixels wide upward, with no sideways scrolling, and text can be enlarged.
• Movement is kept minimal and respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
• Phone numbers and the address are real text, never pictures of text.

Where it falls short

We would rather name the gaps than claim perfection:

• The map on the contact section is supplied by Google and loads only when you choose to open it. We do not control its accessibility.
• If an outside form or scheduling tool is added later, it is built by that provider and may not match the rest of the site.
• Photographs of finished rooms are described in general terms; they carry no information you cannot get from the surrounding text.

We do not use an accessibility overlay

We have deliberately not installed one of the accessibility widgets or overlay toolbars sold for websites. They do not make a site conform to the guidelines, and they can interfere with the screen reader or browser settings someone already relies on. We would rather build the page correctly.
