By using this website you agree to these terms. If you have signed a written estimate, proposal or contract with us, that signed agreement controls wherever it differs from anything on this page.

What we do

We sell and install flooring — carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile and laminate — along with tiled showers and kitchen backsplashes, for homes and businesses in Sevier County. The specifics of any job, including materials, price, schedule and warranty, live in your written estimate or contract, not on this site.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown or described on this site are general information, not an offer. Flooring prices move with the mills and with the size and condition of the room, so a real price comes from a measured estimate. An estimate is valid for the period stated on it.

Product appearance

Colors and grain on a screen are not a reliable match for the material itself, and natural products like hardwood and stone vary from piece to piece. Please choose from a physical sample at our showroom rather than from a photograph on this site.

Using this site

Please do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain access to systems you are not entitled to use, to scrape it at a rate that interferes with other visitors, or to submit false information through the estimate form.

Our content

The text, layout and images on this site belong to Holland Floor Covering unless marked otherwise. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and appear here to show the brands we carry.

Site availability

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current in every detail at every moment. Hours, brands and product availability can change — call us to confirm anything you are relying on.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Holland Floor Covering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed contract for work we have performed, or any liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Sevier County, Tennessee. Before filing anything, please call us — most problems are quicker to fix over the phone than through a lawyer.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
